We want you to be completely satisfied with your BackSuit subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms described below.
Try before you buy: BackSuit offers a Basic plan that is permanently free with limited features. You can explore the platform fully before committing to a paid subscription — no credit card required.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only in cases where BackSuit is not functioning as promised due to a technical failure or system glitch on our side. If the platform fails to deliver its core functionality as described, you may be eligible for a full refund provided the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 3 days of your initial purchase.
- The issue is caused by a verified malfunction or system error on the BackSuit platform — not by user error, third-party service outages, or misuse.
- You have contacted our support team and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality, or unused subscription time where the platform was functioning normally. We encourage all users to test the platform on the free Basic plan before upgrading.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as covered by the refund eligibility policy above.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals or charges where the platform was functioning normally at the time of billing.
- Add-on credits or one-time purchases once they have been consumed or used.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
Payment Processing
Payments for BackSuit subscriptions are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, receipts, and VAT/sales tax on our behalf. For billing questions or disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly via their support page.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at bkash.timsina@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your account email address and a brief reason for the request.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
